Tips to using Recover My Files
Recover My Files is designed to enable customers who have deleted or lost files to download data recovery software and try the program for free. Once you have run Recover My Files, use the preview window in the data recovery results screen to view the content of your recovered files. This will give you the confidence that the recovery software has worked and that the deleted files can be saved once the program is activated.
