MediaInfo Lite is a tool to analyze media files. It can give you information about the audio and video format, video resolution, duration, etc.
It optionally includes a shell extension for Windows Explorer. When installed, it will show you information when you move your mouse pointer over the media file.

Today Speex DirectShow Filter 0.81.15562 is released.

Speex DirectShow Filter is a decoding filter for Speex (.spx) audio files. Speex is an open source audio compression format designed for speech. Speex is a lossy format, meaning quality is permanently degraded to reduce the filesize.
